Job Summary
LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Part-Time at Brandywine at Pennington by Monarch Communities. Responsibilities include monitoring residents' health and safety, assisting in training and supervising medication administration, supervising CNA and HHA staff, maintaining clinical quality assurance, conducting resident assessments, and ensuring compliance with federal/state/local standards. Must have LPN license and graduated from an accredited School of Nursing; 2+ years’ experience in long-term care/assisted living/home health/hospital preferred; proficient with Microsoft Office; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
