LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Part-Time E/O Weekend -Winston County

Provide nursing services to patients within a correctional environment under the supervision of the Site Administrator/Coordinator. Deliver care as directed by the Physician within the scope of the State Board of Nursing Practice. Respond and intervene to all emergency situations, conduct patient intake paperwork, and verify medication orders. Administer medications following nursing standards and correctional regulations, while documenting ordered treatments, patient care, and collection ordered labs. Monitor for and report changes in patient conditions, accurately document all patient information and interventions, and ensure daily nursing tasks are completed within prescribed timeframes. Maintain patient confidentiality and assist with training and orientation of new personnel while following QCHC policies and guidelines.
