Job Summary
Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in memory care, assisted living, and independent living. Prepare and administer medications according to policy and order, document progress notes, and assist with personal care and physical support. Address medical conditions, clinical needs, and healthcare-related incidents as they occur. Requires an active Washington State LPN license, graduation from an approved nursing program, and current CPR/First Aid certification. On-call rotation applies.
Required Qualifications
