LPN Nightshift (7pm-7am) at Sunrise Manor & Convalescent Center in Amelia, OH. Provide direct nursing care per resident care plans, administer medications, perform assessments and wound care, document accurately, supervise Nursing Assistants/STNAs, monitor residents’ conditions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to maintain a resident-focused, high-quality care environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Ohio LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license
- Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program or college/university
- Current CPR certification
