Job Summary
Provide preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative nursing care to residents; administer medications and treatments and monitor responses; observe and report changes in condition to the care team; maintain accurate clinical documentation and medication records; communicate with residents, families, physicians, and team members; support nursing assistants and promote teamwork on the unit; respond calmly and effectively to emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Nursing as a licensed practical nurse
- Current CPR certification
