Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor and record patient vital signs, and provide wound care interventions. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans while supervising Certified Nurse Assistants. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols for our 5-star CMS rated facility. Work evening or night shifts in a supportive environment where we do not mandate staff schedules. Required Qualifications
- Valid state license (LPN)
- Strong clinical skills including the administration of medications
