Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor and record patient vital signs, and provide wound care and other nursing interventions. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans while supervising and supporting Certified Nurse Assistants in delivering care. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols for residents at our short-term rehabilitation and long-term care facility.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license (LPN)
- Strong clinical skills including the administration of medications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment

- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
