Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor and record patient vital signs, and provide wound care and nursing interventions. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans while supervising Certified Nurse Assistants. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols. This part-time role offers 3p-11p or 11p-7a shifts at Bethel, an affiliate of National Health Care Associates, providing direct nursing care to aging residents in a supportive environment with comprehensive training and mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license (LPN)
- Strong clinical skills including the administration of medications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
