Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for per-diem shifts; provides direct nursing care to residents with emphasis on holistic wellness; supervises CNAs and HHAs; assists in training and monitoring medication administration; oversees care staff to ensure quality and compliance with federal/state/local standards; conducts resident assessments; requires LPN license; 2+ years’ experience in long-term care/assisted living/home health or hospital setting preferred; knowledge of Alzheimer’s/dementias beneficial; proficient with Microsoft Office; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; shifts 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a; benefits include flexible schedule, on-the-job training, free parking; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN license
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- Experience in long-term care/assisted living/home health or hospital setting (2+ years preferred)

- Knowledge of federal and state nursing regulations and practices
