Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders. Administer medications and treatments per facility policy and state regulations. Monitor and document resident condition changes, notifying RN/physician as needed. Supervise and support CNAs in delivering resident care. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations. Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges. Requires an active, unencumbered LPN license in Tennessee and current CPR certification. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts available with competitive pay, shift differentials, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN license in the State of Tennessee
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
