Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing nursing care to patients as part of an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting changes in patients’ condition, assigning duties, instructing and providing clinical supervision to CNAs, and delivering quality care in accordance with Life Care standards and applicable laws. Requires an active LPN/LVN license and completion of an accredited LPN program; CPR certification required. Night shift availability (6 p.m.–6 a.m.) for a full-time role with retention bonuses mentioned.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered in the applicable State
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation (must remain current)
