Job Summary
Provide quality nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team under Life Care standards. Monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions, assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs. Maintain licensure as an LPN in good standing; CPR certification current. Deliver compassionate, compliant care to support patients’ physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being; adhere to applicable laws and Life Care policies. Day shift in Houston, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
- Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment
