Job Summary
LPN at Life Care Center of McMinnville: provide quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting, monitor and report changes in patient condition, assign duties and provide clinical supervision to CNAs, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and maintain licensure and CPR certification. Evening/Nocturnal shift differential applies; day shift available with Full-time and PRN options; new grads welcome. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care and adherence to Life Care standards in a long-term care environment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active LPN/LVN license throughout employment.
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation (must remain current)
- One year skilled nursing experience preferred
