Job Summary
Monitor and report changes in patient conditions while delivering quality nursing care to patients in accordance with Life Care standards. Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs on a daily basis. Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action. Maintain an active LPN license in good standing and ensure current CPR certification. One year of skilled nursing experience is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
- Maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation
- CPR certification must remain current during employment
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
