Job Summary
LPN provides quality bedside nursing care on a full-time night shift, supervising CNAs and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to monitor and report changes in patients’ condition. Responsibilities include assigning duties, instructing staff, delivering nursing care in accordance with Life Care standards and applicable laws, and ensuring patient well-being. Requires graduation from an accredited LPN program, an active LPN/LVN license in good standing, and CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
- Active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
