Job Summary
LPN delivers nursing care to patients in a 11pm-7am full-time shift. Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting changes in patients’ condition, assigning duties, instructing, and providing clinical supervision to CNAs. Requires graduation from an accredited LPN program and an active LPN/LVN license; CPR certification is required. Sign-on bonus of $2,500 for new hire. Works with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care in a Life Care Centers of America facility located in Littleton, MA.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
