Job Summary
LPN delivers quality nursing care to patients and reports/monitors changes in condition; assigns duties and provides clinical supervision to CNAs. Schedule options include DAYS 6 am–2:30 pm and EVES 2 pm–10:30 pm. Requires graduation from an accredited LPN program and an active LPN/LVN license in the applicable state; CPR certification on hire or during orientation and to remain current. One year of skilled nursing experience preferred. Affiliated with Life Care Centers of America, with a focus on compassionate patient care and collaborative, multidisciplinary teams.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
- Active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation; CPR certification must remain current during employment
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
- Knowledgeable and capable of delivering quality nursing care
- Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
- Exhibits excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
