Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver quality nursing care to patients as part of an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition, assigning duties, instructing staff, and providing clinical supervision to CNAs. Requires graduation from an accredited LPN program and an active LPN/LVN license in the applicable state; CPR certification is required (upon hire or during orientation and must stay current). The role supports a full-time schedule with a sign-on bonus of $5,000. Life Care Centers of America affiliation and adherence to Life Care standards and applicable laws/regulations are emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
- Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation
- CPR certification must remain current during employment
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
