Job Summary
Deliver quality nursing care to patients while monitoring and reporting changes in their condition. Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs on a daily basis. Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action, ensuring all care aligns with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Maintain an active LPN license in good standing and obtain current CPR certification upon hire. Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
- Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation
- CPR certification must remain current during employment
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
