Job Summary
Deliver quality nursing care to patients through direct interpersonal contact while monitoring and reporting changes in their condition. Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs on a daily basis. Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action to ensure patients attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Maintain an active LPN license in good standing and current CPR certification. Join Life Care Centers of America's multidisciplinary team of professionals across 200 U.S. locations.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
- Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment
- Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
- Knowledgeably and competently deliver quality nursing care to patients
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
