Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse to provide quality nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team. Monitor and report changes in patient condition; assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs. CPR certification required/maintained; active LPN license in good standing. Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State (active LPN/LVN license)
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation (must remain current)
- One year skilled nursing experience preferred
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
- Knowledgeable and competent in delivering quality nursing care
- Exhibit excellent customer service and positive attitude toward patients
