Job Summary
Provide quality nursing care to patients as part of an interdisciplinary team; monitor and report changes in patient condition; assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs; ensure compliance with Life Care standards and applicable laws; maintain active LPN licensure and CPR certification; contribute to patient well-being and care planning within a skilled nursing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
- Active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation
- CPR certification must remain current during employment
