Job Summary
The LPN delivers quality nursing care to patients as part of an interdisciplinary team within Life Care Centers of America. Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition, assigning duties, instructing, and providing clinical supervision to CNAs, and delivering care in accordance with Life Care standards and applicable laws. The role requires an active LPN license, a completed accredited LPN program, CPR certification, and a commitment to patient well-being and safety.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
