LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

Deliver quality nursing care to patients through direct interpersonal contact while monitoring and reporting changes in their condition. Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants on a daily basis. Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action to ensure patients attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with Life Care standards. Maintain an active LPN license in good standing and obtain current CPR certification.
