LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact while monitoring and reporting changes in their condition. Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs on a daily basis. Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Maintain an active LPN license in good standing and obtain current CPR certification upon hire.
