Job Summary
LPN delivers quality nursing care to patients as part of an interdisciplinary team, monitors and reports changes in patients’ conditions, and assigns duties while providing clinical supervision to CNAs. Requires graduation from an accredited LPN program and current active LPN/LVN licensure in the applicable state; CPR certification is required or obtained during orientation; positions offer day shifts with a starting wage of $36/hour plus a $3 evening/NOC shift differential and tuition-reimbursement opportunities to support continued education.
