Job Summary
LPN - provide quality nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing setting, monitor and report changes in patient condition, assign duties, instruct and provide clinical supervision to CNAs; must graduate from an accredited LPN program and hold an active LPN/LVN license; CPR certification required; full-time with a $7,500 sign-on bonus; new graduates welcome; work within an interdisciplinary team to support patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being; Life Care Centers of America affiliation, equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
- Active LPN/LVN license in good standing
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation (must remain current)
- One year skilled nursing experience preferred
- Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
- Knowledgeably and competently deliver quality nursing care
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
