Job Summary
LPN Licensed Practical Nurse needed to deliver quality nursing care in a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting changes in patients’ condition, assigning duties, instructing, and providing clinical supervision to CNAs. Start wage includes $36/hour with $3.50 shift differential (10p-6a) and tuition reimbursement for full-time employees. Requires graduation from an accredited LPN program and an active LPN/LVN license; CPR certification; preferred one year skilled nursing experience. The role supports Life Care Centers of America’s standards and patient well-being within applicable laws and Life Care guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered as an LPN/LVN in applicable State (active in good standing)
- CPR certification upon hire or within orientation (to remain current during employment)
- One year skilled nursing experience preferred
