Job Summary
LPN Licensed Practical Nurse provides quality nursing care to patients as part of an interdisciplinary team at Life Care Centers of America facilities. Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting changes in patients’ conditions, assigning duties, instructing and providing clinical supervision to CNAs, and delivering care in accordance with Life Care standards and applicable laws. Requires graduation from an accredited LPN program and active LPN/LVN license in good standing; CPR certification retained during employment. Sign-on bonuses offered: $10,000 for full-time and $5,000 for part-time. Minimum one year skilled nursing experience preferred; strong customer service and positive attitude toward patients expected.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State; active LPN/LVN license in good standing
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; CPR current during employment
- One year skilled nursing experience preferred
