Job Summary
LPN Licensed Practical Nurse needed to join Life Care Centers of America-affiliated facility in Farmington, IA. Part-time weekend night shift available as well as full-time positions. Responsibilities include delivering quality nursing care to patients, monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition, and providing clinical supervision to CNAs within a multidisciplinary team. Requires graduation from an accredited LPN program, active LPN/LVN license in the state, and CPR certification (current). Offers relocation bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
