Job Summary
LPN delivers quality nursing care to patients and works as part of an interdisciplinary team affiliated with Life Care Centers of America. Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting changes in a patient’s condition, assigning duties, instructing staff, and providing clinical supervision to CNAs. Must have an active LPN license; CPR certification; and meet education/experience requirements. Provides care in accordance with Life Care standards and applicable regulations to support patients’ physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active LPN/LVN license in good standing
- One year skilled nursing experience preferred
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation and remain current
