Job Summary
LPN Licensed Practical Nurse needed for part-time weekend night shift and full-time options. Provides quality nursing care, monitors and reports changes in patient condition, and assigns/instructs CNAs. Works within a multidisciplinary team to support patients’ physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with Life Care standards. Requires LPN program graduation, active state license, and CPR certification maintained ongoing. Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State; active LPN/LVN license in good standing
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; certification must remain current
