Job Summary
Direct the daily activities of licensed practical/vocational nurses and certified nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. Follow the nursing model to promote holistic care for residents while ensuring policy compliance by assigned personnel. Participate in resident admissions, discharges, and transfers; assess status changes, notify physicians and families, and transcribe medical orders to the record. Required Qualifications
- A Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in practicing state
- Current CPR certification
