LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Direct daily activities of licensed practical/vocational nurses and certified nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. Follow the nursing model to promote holistic care for residents while ensuring policy compliance by assigned personnel. Participate in admission, discharge, and transfers as required, and assess changes in residents' status by notifying physicians, families, and documenting accordingly. Transcribe physician orders to medical records and carry out written orders. This role follows a 7a-7p and 7p-7a shift schedule.
