Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing visits for clients as directed by the Assistant/Clinical Supervisor, following established care plans. Recognize and report changes in client condition to the supervisor and physician, communicating information timely through verbal updates and accurate clinical documentation. Scope of practice includes personal care services, monitoring findings, medication administration, client teaching, emergency intervention, and nursing services within the professional scope of practice as delegated. Full-time, part-time, or temporary roles with 20–40+ hours per week. 401(k), flexible schedule, and referral program available.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state(s) of employment
- CPR certified
- Demonstrated written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an acute care setting, home health, or personal care experience
