Job Summary
Care for patients with a variety of illnesses, injuries, and diseases in medical offices, assisted living facilities, hospitals, and schools. Work with physicians, nurses, CNAs, and aides to deliver patient care while taking vitals, performing assessments, documenting progress, and reporting changes to the RN supervisor. Assist in carrying out physician orders, administer medication, operate medical equipment, and maintain a safe environment. Requires an active, unrestricted LPN license in Michigan, CPR certification, and knowledge of healthcare laws. Part-time and PRN positions available with flexible schedules, no weekend or holiday mandates, and weekly pay options.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with active, unrestricted license in the State of Michigan
- CPR certification
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
- Demonstrated clinical proficiency
- Critical thinking skills
