Job Summary
Provide direct patient care under RN supervision by implementing the plan of care and performing treatments while documenting accurately. Assess patients and families for self-care education, coordinate home health services by reporting needs to the clinical team, and use equipment adhering to aseptic technique. Participate in professional growth and complete other duties as assigned by the registered nurse. Requires a Colorado Springs, CO license, three years of experience, and a valid driver's license. Pay is $30–45 per visit with comprehensive benefits for full-time employees.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program
- Currently licensed as a licensed practical nurse or licensed vocational nurse in the state
- Possess and maintain valid CPR certification
- Complies with accepted professional standards and practice
- Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and organizational skills
- Licensed driver with automobile that is in good working order and insured in accordance with the organization requirements

Desired Qualifications
- Has three (3) years nursing experience. Community/home health or medical/surgical experience is preferred
