Job Summary
Provide 1:1 care for clients following their plan of care while maintaining dignity and independence. Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed, and accurately document all nursing actions and communication with families, case managers, and physicians. Coordinate supplies and medications to ensure adequate stock. Ensure all patient needs are met per physician instructions. This PRN role in Fredericksburg, VA offers flexible scheduling with a salary range of $30.00 - $36.00 per hour. Home Health and HCHB experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- LPN/LPT/LVN Degree from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and in the state of residence
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Proof of car insurance
- CPR professional certification

- 1+ years of nursing experience
