Job Summary
Review and revise the plan of care, then provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's plan of treatment and individual client plan of care. Observe, record, and report reactions to treatment and any changes in the client's condition to appropriate personnel or the physician. Provide ongoing instruction to the client or family regarding the plan of treatment. Participate in education programs, quality assessment activities, and staff meetings as required. Collaborate closely with Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists. Work full-time Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, with a weekend rotation every four to six weeks. Complete on-site charting with AI-powered support.
Required Qualifications
- Kansas or Compact Registered Nursing or Licensed Practical Nursing License
- Valid driver's license
- Strong organizational and self-management skills
- Strong and compassionate customer service skills
- Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm with every 4 to 6 weeks, weekend rotation
