Provide 1:1 care for clients following their plan of care while maintaining dignity and independence. Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed, performing required assessments and documenting all actions and communications with families, case managers, and physicians. Coordinate or order supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequate availability, ensuring all patient needs are met per physician instructions.
