Job Summary
Provide 1:1 care for clients following their plan of care while maintaining dignity and independence. Administer medications, feedings, and oxygen; perform ostomy care as needed. Accurately document all nursing actions, communicate with families, case managers, and physicians regarding medical condition changes. Coordinate or order supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequate availability. Ensure all patient needs are met per physician instructions. Full-time Monday through Friday visits available in Demorest, GA.
Required Qualifications
- LPN/LPT/LVN Degree from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Proof of car insurance
- CPR professional certification
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of nursing experience
- Home Health care experience
