Provide 1:1 care for clients following their plan of care while maintaining dignity and independence. Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed, and document all nursing actions and communication with families, case managers, and physicians. Coordinate or order supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequate amounts are always on hand, ensuring all patient needs are met per physician instructions. Full-time Monday through Friday 8a-5p schedule available in Moulton, AL, with a $5k sign-on bonus for external candidates.
