Job Summary
Perform a broad array of nursing tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse, providing direct care to patients by carrying out their plans of care and monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment. Work with a wide range of diagnoses including stroke, spinal cord injury, neurological disorders, joint replacement, fractures, multiple trauma, and cardiac/pulmonary conditions. Help patients work toward goals of being discharged and returning to their lives, families, and communities. This role offers a $600 hiring bonus for commitment to 24 hours per week for the first eight weeks, with COVID pay available. Shifts are available in Lakewood, and the team pairs candidates with locations matching their preferences.
Required Qualifications
- one (1) year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- completed a practical (vocational) nursing program
- licensed in good standing in the state of Colorado
- furnishes services under the supervision of a qualified Registered Nurse
- able to communicate in the language of the client
- able to document client related activity as appropriate
- LPN Licensed in the state of Colorado
- CPR Cert
- COVID Vaccination, fully vaccinated by October 31st unless able to present an acceptable form of medical or religious exemption
Desired Qualifications
