Job Summary
Provides nursing care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in home care or public health settings. Acts as an associate nurse, ensuring completion of patient revisits and participating in multidisciplinary case conferences. Demonstrates effective time management and flexibility while collaborating with healthcare team members to plan patient care. A minimum of one year of experience in home care or public health nursing is desirable, along with the ability to communicate observations and maintain patient documentation according to current regulations. This position includes travel requirements and offers a sign on bonus for eligible candidates.
