Job Summary
Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision; monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and progress; assist with care plan implementation and collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians; educate patients and families on post-treatment care, medications, and recovery goals; maintain accurate clinical records, including medication logs and shift reports; ensure compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies; provide emotional support and advocate for the patient's needs during rehabilitation.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Completion of an accredited LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) program.
- Licensure/Certifications: Active NM license and current BLS certification.
- At least one year of relevant field experience is required.
