Job Summary
LPN Licensed Practical Nurse providing quality nursing care to patients with active monitoring and reporting of changes in condition. Responsible for assigning duties and providing clinical supervision to CNAs, working within an interdisciplinary team to support patient well-being, and delivering care in a full-time day and night shifts environment. Role requires affiliation with Life Care Centers of America, active LPN/LVN licensure, graduation from an accredited LPN program, CPR certification, and ongoing commitment to Life Care standards.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State as LPN/LVN
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation; CPR certification must remain current during employment
