Job Summary
LPN provides professional nursing care in long-term care under supervision, administers medications, documents resident care, collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, and supports resident education and self-care programs. Eligible for sign-on bonus; full-time night-shift role with responsibilities spanning assessment, care planning, and urgent situations; requires an active LPN license and continuing education compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Associate degree in practical nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Completes required annual continuing education units (CEU) and competency training requirements of the department and facility
- IV therapy/management skills per North Dakota requirements if applicable
- Minimum 400 hours of experience as LPN or supervised clinical experience across lifespan
