Job Summary
Provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long-term care under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. Administer medications or treatments as ordered, perform testing to evaluate resident status, and recognize problems to recommend solutions and respond effectively to emergent situations. Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of residents while documenting interactions, outcomes, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary needs. Counsel residents, family members, and advocates on prevention and treatment plans, and establish effective working relationships within the interdisciplinary care team. Work 12-hour night shifts, full-time, with a weekly salary range of $24.00 to $36.00 and a $10,000 sign-on bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse", "Associate degree in practical nursing", "Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum or have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility", "Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges", "...
