Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed at Fairport Rehab & Nursing Center to provide high-quality geriatric and rehabilitation care. Responsibilities include ongoing nursing assessments, supervising CNAs, administering medications and treatments per care plans, documentation compliant with LTC regulations, delegating tasks, communicating changes in resident condition to the nursing team, educating residents and families, supporting household operations, and performing duties as assigned by leadership. Compensation includes $30.00-$34.00/hour with shift differentials, full-time or part-time schedules, weekend availability, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff. Requires NYS LPN license and CPR; new graduates encouraged to apply; experience in geriatric, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.
