Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse delivers quality nursing care to patients as part of an interdisciplinary team, monitors and reports changes in patient condition, assigns duties and provides clinical supervision to CNAs, while upholding Life Care standards and regulatory requirements to support patients’ physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation, CPR certification must remain current during employment
